The Lanai

This in a sense is the heart of the villa. The 85 sqm large marbled beauty with a cathedral ceiling on one end is entered from the lobby.

4 glassless, impressive wrought iron doors open up to the garden with which the lanai can form a huge play- and entertainment area.

The lanai is divided from the main kitchen and large dining room by large french doors and windows making the whole lower ground floor area appear very transparent and generously cut.

One of the centerpiece of the lanai is the marble bar making the lanai the ideal venue for birthdays and other parties.

The marble bar and bar stools are of course included in the rent and so are a number of the green rattan cabinet shown on some of the photos.
